Once your application is submitted, our team carefully reviews it to make sure every booster meets Retroglad’s standards. This process normally takes 2–5 days, depending on the number of applications we’re processing. As soon 

as you’re approved, you’ll gain access to available orders in your region and can begin taking jobs immediately. We value speed, but more importantly we value trust — we want you set up the right way from day one.

Retroglad is proud to offer one of the most generous pay structures in the industry. Boosters receive 80% of every order, while we keep only 20% to cover processing and platform costs. Unlike other sites that take 30–50%, our focus is making sure the boosters are properly rewarded for their work. Completed orders are always paid in full. Partial work may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but penalties will apply for jobs that are not finished as agreed.
