Retroglad’s policies are designed to protect both the client and the booster team, while ensuring fairness for completed or partially completed work.

1. General Refund Principles

Our services involve time, effort, coordination, and advanced gameplay skill. Because services begin quickly after an order is accepted, refunds are granted based on progress completed and resources invested.

• All purchases are considered final once the service begins.
• If the order has not yet started, you may request a cancellation and receive a refund.
• If the order is partially completed, Retroglad may offer a partial refund depending on the progress made.
• If the order is fully completed, refunds are not eligible under any circumstances.

3. When a Refund *Can* Be Issued

• The order has not started yet.
• The order cannot be completed due to internal scheduling issues.
• The service is delayed beyond reasonable expectations and the client chooses to cancel.
• A technical issue prevents the order from being fulfilled.

4. When a Refund *Cannot* Be Issued

• The service has been completed in full.
• The client changes their mind after the booster has started.
• The order is delayed due to client unavailability (locked account, missing information, scheduling, etc.).
• The client attempts to dispute progress that is documented with proof.
• The client uses a chargeback instead of contacting support.

5. Partial Completion Refunds

If an order is partially finished and the client requests cancellation or fails to cooperate with the booster schedule, Retroglad calculates the completed percentage and determines a fair partial refund.

Example: If 70% of a Gladiator boost is completed, the client may receive up to 30% back.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and login details when required.
• Avoid logging into the account during piloted services.
• Respond to booster messages in a reasonable time frame for scheduling.
• Maintain active game time, expansions, characters, and required gear.

7. Retroglad Responsibilities

• Assign a qualified booster who meets the skill level required.
• Provide timely updates when requested.
• Complete the service professionally and securely.
• Protect user data with strict confidentiality.
