3. Account Access for Piloted Services

If you purchase a piloted service, you may provide temporary access to your game account. Retroglad and its contractors follow strict safety protocols:

• VPN matching for region/IP safety.
• 2FA support (you approve the login).
• Communication through your chosen platform (Discord, Email, Website).
• All login data is permanently deleted after completion.

You are responsible for removing access after service completion and maintaining your own account security.

4. Payment Security

All payments on Retroglad are handled by trusted, encrypted third-party processors:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• ApplePay
• GooglePay

We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Cookies are used only for:
