1. Nature of Our Services

Retroglad provides digital, skill-based gaming services, including but not limited to:

• World of Warcraft boosting, coaching & leveling
• Dead by Daylight bloodpoint farming & prestige services
• Rainbow Six Siege rank boosting & coaching
• Any other titles we add in the future

All services are performed manually by real players. Retroglad does not sell in-game items, currency, accounts, or violate any game’s intellectual property rights.

2. All Sales Are Final (Digital Service Clause)

Because Retroglad provides digital services that begin immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final once our team starts working on your order.

Retroglad is protected under the "digital goods & services" category, meaning once work begins, the order is not eligible for automatic refunds.

3. Refunds, Partial Refunds & Compensation

Retroglad offers fair and transparent compensation policies:

• 0–10% completed: Eligible for full or near-full refund.
• 10–60% completed: Partial refund depending on progress.
• 60–99% completed: Refund amount is very limited, based on remaining work only.
• 100% completed: No refund or chargeback is permitted.

Once a service is fully completed, the order is considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Retroglad, you agree:

• You will not file a chargeback after receiving the service.
• Chargebacks on completed orders constitute fraud.
• Retroglad reserves the right to provide proof of work and pursue recovery of losses.
• Retroglad may ban future purchases from any customer who performs a chargeback.

Retroglad keeps detailed records of:

• Booster time logs
• Order progress screenshots
• Discord communications
• Completion proofs

These may be submitted to payment processors if a fraudulent dispute occurs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to the following:

• Provide correct login information (for piloted services).
• Not log into the account while a piloted service is active unless coordinated.
• Avoid suspicious behavior that could risk account safety.
• Be respectful and responsive to our team for scheduling.

6. Account Safety & Liability

Retroglad uses VPN tools and safe practices, however **no boosting service in the world can guarantee 0% ban risk**, as publishers may update policies without notice.

Retroglad is not responsible for:

• Account restrictions, suspensions, or punishments issued by game developers.
• Loss of access due to customer error (password changes, 2FA lockouts, etc.).
• Delays caused by maintenance or game outages.

7. Order Start Times & Delays

Retroglad typically begins orders quickly, but start times may vary based on:

• Booster availability
• Queue times in specific games
• Time zones
• Large content patches or expansions

ETAs are **estimates**, not guarantees. However, we always communicate delays and progress clearly.

8. Booster Behavior & Performance

Retroglad keeps high expectations for its boosters:

• No toxicity
• No cheating or automation
• No real money trading outside Retroglad
• No account theft or tampering

Any booster violating rules will be immediately removed.
