Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

Retroglad provides in-game coaching, piloted gameplay, and progression assistance for multiple online titles. Retroglad is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Behaviour Interactive, Ubisoft, or any game publishers.

All services involve time, skill, and labor from our professional players and are delivered as digital non-refundable services under U.S. digital service regulations.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be 18+ or have parental permission.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
• Retroglad is not responsible for penalties or actions taken by game developers (such as suspensions or restrictions).

We use privacy-first methods such as VPN matching and 2FA-friendly login handling to reduce risks.

3. Payments, Billing & Order Policies

• All payments are final once a service has begun.
• Digital services are non-refundable once partially or fully delivered.
• If work has not started, a cancellation may be approved at Retroglad’s discretion.
• Customers must provide accurate account information for piloted services.

Any “change of mind,” “I didn’t expect this,” or “I no longer need it” reasons do not qualify for refunds once the service has started.

4. Completion Guarantees & Timeframes

Retroglad always aims to complete services as quickly as possible based on booster availability, game queues, and customer scheduling.

ETAs are estimates, not guarantees. Delays do not qualify for refunds but may qualify for partial compensation or added extra service value.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Policy

Because boosting requires intensive manual labor and time, Retroglad enforces a strict no-chargeback policy.

• Filing a chargeback after receiving partial or full service is considered digital service fraud.
• Retroglad will provide all evidence of service completion to your bank or payment processor.
• Customers who chargeback after service completion will be permanently banned from Retroglad.

We track all progress through screenshots, live updates, IP logs, session time, and booster receipts.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered ONLY under these conditions:

• No booster has begun working on your order.
• An unforeseen technical issue makes the order completely impossible to complete.
• If both parties mutually agree to cancel the order.

Retroglad may issue compensation in the form of: partial refunds, store credit, free upgrades, or additional services.

7. Service Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when the ordered goal has been achieved, regardless of later balance changes, patches, nerfs, or in-game events.

8. Modifications & Updates To Terms

Retroglad may update these terms at any time. Changes go into effect immediately upon publication at retroglad.com/terms.

9. Agreement

By placing an order on Retroglad.com, the customer acknowledges they have fully read, understood, and agreed to all sections of these Terms & Conditions.
